Ultrafiltration

• is a membrane filtration with a pore size of 0.02 mµ (e.g. flour has a pore size of 26 mµ), a germ 0.3 µm, a virus 0.03 µm.
  
• has been used in medicine and the food industry for sterilization for more than 30 years for safe disinfection (e.g. during dialysis).
  

The effect of the BEFA water filter:

• Filtration of bacteria, legionella and pathogenic germs in water from wells, springs, streams, lakes, cisterns and wastewater.
  
• We guarantee 100% bacteria-free water after using the BEFA filter.

How the BEFA water filter works:

• The water passes through the BEFA filter, all dirt particles, cloudiness, bacteria and pathogens remain in the filter. The purified water flows into the pipe. Cleaning is automatic and time-controlled.

• Through an absolutely safe elimination of dirt particles, cloudiness, germs, legionella and viruses in the first operational step!
• During heavy rain with a lot of cloudiness, the water supply with pure drinking water is always guaranteed.
• Cost-effective solution with easy maintenance.
• Minimal power consumption, therefore can also be used where there is limited power consumption (e.g. emergency generators, photovoltaics, etc.)
